Debra is an Educator with  26 years of experience. Serving the community in all capacities, she has worked for many reputable childcare centers and non-profit organizations. Her titles included Assistant Director, Case Manager, Early Intervention Specialist (EIS), Supervisor and Teacher. She prides herself on working closely with Professionals and families to assist on the importance of Early Childhood Development. 

 

She received her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development, Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Masters Degree in Education at Liberty University. Currently accredited as a DODD EIS and Level 3 Instructor with OCCRA. She facilitates professional development courses ranging from Patient & Employee safety, Communication and Professional Development. Debra has received multiple recognitions for her commitment to education.

 

Debra’s highest accolades being; a Christian, Wife, and Mother of two beautiful children. As with her family, she lives to encourage and inspire those around her until they reach their full potential.
